Judges commented on the project’s well-oiled supply chain, driving efficiency and sustainable outcomes with 99% of waste being diverted from landfills and instead being recycled or used for energy.

The judges noted their real-time application of technology to reduce carbon waste and streamline their projects. They were also able to prove that their on-the-ground software was able to produce tangible results.

The judges were impressed by PlanRadar’s flexible platform, being one of the most comprehensive fire safety documentation management platforms on the market. It enables clients to develop their own golden thread on projects and buildings to demonstrate a new safety-first approach to building.

The judges described Battersea Roof Gardens as a wonderful project applying the very best in biophilic design with a rich mixture of healthy spaces for everyone to enjoy.

The judges were impressed with how Advance has a strong focus on community and sustainability. However, a standout factor in their submission was the focus on the multiple strands that make a great contractor and their dedication to safety.
